Specific in material and form

Bending is a common manufacturing method to process sheet metal by changing its shape and forcing it to change shape. Pressing a set of plates with a relief up against each other with the sheet metal placed between the plates, the deforming brings the metal in the desired fashion. A press brake is a typical machine for this operation.

Press Brake Machine Amada HFP 2206

The NC-controlled press brake bends aluminium, steel or stainless-steel with a maximum break-forming-strength of 220KN perfectly into its form.

Bending length up to 6.000mm

Aluminium: 15mm plate thickness
Steel: 10mm plate thickness
Stainless steel: 6mm plate thickness

Press Brake Machine Amada HFP 1003

Highest precision and minimum tolerances by a numerical control and our experiences of many years with a maximum break-forming-strength of 100KN for industrial manufacturing as well as special designs with highest requirements.

Bending length up to 3.000mm
Aluminium: 7,5mm plate thickness
Steel: 5mm plate thickness
