Smooth Surfaces and Fine Lines

Scotching

Scotching is a technical process that has been developed specifically for the finishing of stainless steel surfaces with a fine line image. Mainly stainless steel and aluminum can be produced in various degrees of shine. Scratches and ripples are not eliminated.
In addition to the fine appearance a good cleaning ability and an increased resistance to fingerprints are important results.

Polishing

Polishing is flattening finishing process for a variety of materials, with a smoothing effect by plastic deformation and by levelling the peaks of the surface structure. Depending on the type of polish small until little material removal is achieved. The polish is not only shine, it increases the resistance to corrosion.
